Driving with Stomp

I was watching wheel chairs going down a highway. The chairs were going at a high speed somewhere around 40 or 50 miles per hour. I was explaining that they still need to be driven with stomp, which means that you need to take a leg and stomp on the ground to help make steering adjustments. I was explaining that driving with stomp worked well when you were going slow but at a high speed if your feet hit incorrectly that it could be disastrous.
